Gastrointestinal (GI) leiomyomas are rare benign smooth muscle tumors, most commonly arising in the esophagus and stomach. Their occurrence in the colon is uncommon, and synchronous involvement of multiple colonic sites is exceedingly rare. Urorectal septum malformation sequence (URSMS) is a rare congenital anomaly featuring severe genitourinary and gastrointestinal malformations.
