Mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNENs) are rare composite malignancies defined by the coexistence of distinct neuroendocrine and non-neuroendocrine components within the same tumour. BACKGROUND: Penile fracture is arguably a man's worst sexual nightmare. It occurs when there is a tear in the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa. This condition is significantly typified by the late presentation of patients to the hospital due to fear and embarrassment. Although the available literature has fairly elucidated on the aetiology of the disease, very few have objectively evaluated its impact on sexual function. In this series, we examine the impact of these fractures on sexual function after surgical repair using objective erectile function assessment tools.

INTRODUCTION: Blunt trauma to the flaccid penis rarely causes laceration of the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa.
CASE PRESENTATION: A 31-year-old male patient sustained blunt trauma to the flaccid penis during a basketball game, causing subcutaneous hematoma, hematuria, and urinary retention. Computed tomography demonstrated a laceration of the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa. Immediate surgical exploration confirmed the laceration of the tunica albuginea and the partial disruption of the penile urethra. Both injuries were repaired, and a suprapubic catheter was inserted.

We describe two new species of the genera Cryptophallus Bock, 1913 and Limnoplana Faubel, 1983, which have not been reported for nearly a century. Herein, the genus Limnoplana represents a rare group of polyclads inhabiting brackish waters.
