PURPOSE: To compare and analyze corneal confocal changes in patients with vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC) based on the disease duration.
METHOD: A prospective cross-sectional hospital-based analysis of patients with VKC who underwent laser scanning confocal microscopy of the central cornea.
