CDK4/6 inhibitors represent a key therapy for HR+/HER2- breast cancer, yet resistance and limited efficacy in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) remain significant challenges. RATIONALE: Prior studies have found that a history of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) is associated with breastfeeding initiation and duration, but the evidence is inconsistent. ACEs are associated with poor maternal and infant health outcomes. The present study aimed to identify potential Aurora A kinase (AURKA) inhibitors using an integrated computational and experimental approach.
