PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to evaluate long-term outcomes of endothelial keratoplasty (EK) compared with penetrating keratoplasty (PK) for corneal endothelial dysfunction [Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy (FECD) and bullous keratopathy (BK)].
METHODS: In this systematic review, we searched PubMed, the Cochrane Library, and Embase up to May 2022 and considered all types of studies addressing our objective. Graft survival at 5, 10, and 15 years was the main outcome.

PURPOSE: Previously, we reported that the Ex-press® shunt (EXP) was associated with more rapid reduction in corneal endothelial cells when inserted into the cornea rather than the trabecular meshwork (TM). We compared the reduction rate of corneal endothelial cells between the corneal insertion group and TM insertion group.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Post-keratoplasty infectious keratitis (PKIK) is a unique sight-threatening clinical entity which often poses significant therapeutic challenges. This study aimed to examine the clinical presentation, risk factors, management, and clinical outcomes of PKIK.
METHODS: This was a retrospective study of all patients who presented to the Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham, with PKIK between September 2015 and August 2022 (a 7-year period).
