Medulloepithelioma is a rare tumor of the eye, arising from the posterior segment. This embryonic tumor is mostly seen in children and is very rare in adult population. A 54-year-old woman who presented with photopsia was found to have elevated intraocular pressure in both eyes and optic disc cupping in the right eye. Angle infiltration was noted on gonioscopy. We report a rare case of ciliary body metastasis from adenocarcinoma of the lung. Although the metastatic nodule was seen over the surface of the iris near the angle of anterior chamber, ultrasonography confirmed its origin from the ciliary body.
