PURPOSE: To evaluate intravitreal injections of sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim in association with dexamethasone for treating toxoplasmic retinochoroiditis.
METHODS: Thirteen patients with active, recurrent ocular focal toxoplasmic retinochoroiditis and visual acuity worse than 20/63 in the affected eye were included.
