PURPOSE: The PreserFlo MicroShunt (PMS) is a glaucoma drainage device designed to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) with fewer complications than conventional filtering surgery. An intraluminal stent suture can prevent early postoperative hypotony; however, a potential infection risk exists.
