We present a rare case of colonic mucormycosis with hepatic dissemination after kidney transplantation. Early diagnosis was achieved through rapid metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) of blood and liver abscess samples, enabling timely intervention. INTRODUCTION: Targeted infection imaging is crucial for accurate diagnosis in postpartum women. This project uses 99mTc-labeled cefixime to develop a radiopharmaceutical for detecting, distinguishing, and treating infections and abscesses in women.

Perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease (PFCD), involving fistulas and abscesses, is associated with a poor prognosis in children.This study aimed to identify the factors associated with PFCD at diagnosis.
