Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign, non-infectious granulomatous skin condition of uncertain etiology, often presenting as annular erythematous plaques. We present a case of a pediatric patient with recurrent flares of deep granuloma annulare (GA) largely localized to the right scalp and face, corresponding to the area of a previously resolved scalp infection. This clinical pattern is suggestive of Wolf's isotopic response, a phenomenon that has been rarely reported in children. To our knowledge, this may represent one of the first documented cases of deep GA manifesting as Wolf's isotopic response in a pediatric patient.

Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign, granulomatous skin condition characterized by ring-shaped papules or plaques on the dorsal aspects of the hands and/or feet. It is most frequently seen in children and young adults, with a female predominance. We report the case of a woman in her 70s who developed generalised granuloma annulare (GA) after 3 years of successful ustekinumab therapy for severe palmoplantar psoriasis. Actinic granuloma (AG), a rare and idiopathic skin condition primarily affecting middle-aged and elderly individuals, is known for its persistent, asymptomatic annular plaques appearing on sun-exposed areas. PURPOSE: To describe a 25-year-old female patient with unilateral Roth spots as the initial presentation of essential thrombocythemia.

RESULTS: A 25-year-old woman presented with visual complaints of seeing flashing lights and mild blurred vision in her left eye.
