BACKGROUND: Patient-level value analysis (PLVA) demonstrates promise in measuring value, or outcomes achieved per dollar spent, of interventions such as orthopedic sport surgeries. Despite prior applications, PLVA has never been implemented in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction (ACLR).
