OBJECTIVES: To investigate the effect of warm needling moxibustion on chondrocyte senescence in rats with knee osteoarthritis (KOA), and to compare its efficacy with that of mild moxibustion.
METHODS: Forty-eight Wistar rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups (n=12):normal, model, mild moxibustion, and warm needling. KOA was induced by intra-articular injection of monosodium iodoacetate (MIA) into the right knee. Keratin-positive giant cell-rich tumor (KPGCT) is a newly described bone and soft tissue tumor. Autoantibody-mediated inflammation drives tissue injury in autoimmune diseases, yet how pathogenic antibodies evoke local immune activation remains poorly understood. Here, we show that spatially organized neutrophil-epithelial niches contribute to kidney injury in myeloperoxidase (MPO)-antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated glomerulonephritis. Single-cell-resolved spatial transcriptomics of treatment-naïve patient kidney biopsies identified early-phase inflammatory niches enriched with HAVCR1+ injured proximal tubular epithelial cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and TREM2+ macrophages.

Natural killer (NK) cells are innate lymphocytes, which are critical for the antitumor immunity response against tumour cells.
