CASE: A 17-year-old adolescent boy presented with a pathologic distal femur fracture and bilateral distal femoral metadiaphyseal lytic lesions. Multidisciplinary evaluation confirmed bilateral distal femoral brown tumors associated with primary hyperparathyroidism secondary to a parathyroid adenoma.
