The investigation based on a retrospective analysis of the treatment results of Fournier's gangrene (FG) in 27 patients aged from 34 till 82 years old. There were 27 patients. Diseases of colorectal zone were the nosological reasons of FG in 15 patients. Diseases of urogenital tract had 10 patients with FG. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is characterized by erythematous, sharply demarcated papules and plaques covered by scales. Extramammary Paget disease (EMPD) is a uncommon neoplastic condition of apocrine gland-bearing skin and its occurrence in combination with psoriasis is very rare. Xanthogranulomatous orchitis (XGO) is an extremely rare inflammatory destructive lesion of testis. We report a case of a 14-year-old boy who presented with painful right testicular mass and discharging scrotal fistulas. Serologic tumor markers were normal.
