BACKGROUND: Cardiac involvement by extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) and aggressive NK-cell leukaemia (ANKL) is exceedingly rare and presents with heterogeneous manifestations, often leading to diagnostic uncertainty and delay.
