BACKGROUND: Non-puerperal uterine inversion is a rare condition with diagnostic and surgical challenges. Clinically, the inverted uterus appears as a mass protruding from the vagina and is often misdiagnosed as a malignant tumor and surgically removed.
CASE: An 11-year-old girl was admitted to the emergency room due to spontaneous vaginal mass protrusion. The pudendum examination showed an irregular and dark red neoplasm protruding from the vagina. The final diagnosis was non-puerperal uterine inversion with an endometrial polyp.

BACKGROUND: Polypoid endometriosis (PEM) is a rare type of endometriosis, frequently mimicking a malignant tumor. We report on a patient with PEM over a 10-year span who had symptoms at age 16.
CASE: A 20-year-old woman presented with massive vaginal hemorrhage and spontaneous abortion, having symptoms of dysmenorrhea, anal distending pain, and vaginal bleeding since adolescence. Imaging showed multiple polypoid neoplasms of the rectum and vagina connecting to the huge mass in a cul de sac. After exploration and excision, the pathology revealed PEM.

AIM: This article retrospectively analyzed the efficacy and safety of vaginoscopy in the treatment of adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) in 204 cases of AUB.
METHOD: From January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2017, 204 patients with intact hymen who were admitted to our hospital due to AUB received vaginoscopy, and vaginoscopy did not damage the hymen. In this study, 4.5 mm and 6.5 mm hysteroscopy were used with a pumping fluid pressure of 100-120 mm Hg and a flow rate of 400 mL/min. All 204 vaginoscopy was successfully completed in intravenous anesthesia.
