Undescended ovary is a rare congenital gynecologic condition, frequently associated with urogenital malformations including unicornuate uterus and ectopic kidneys or renal agenesis. A 14-year-old girl presented with increasing cyclical pain, scanty menses, pelvic mass and absence of the left kidney. With both radiological and clinical examinations (examination under anaesthesia), diagnosis of bicornuate uterus with single cervix could be made while on laparotomy, and it turned out to be uterine didelphys, with one cervix obscured by blind hemivagina with haematometra and haematocolpos in the left horn, for which hemihysterectomy was done. Post procedure the patient was relieved of cyclical pain and is menstruating properly.

Imperforate hymen is the most frequent cause of haematocolpos, although it is a rare malformation (1:2000). We present two cases of young girls with cyclic abdominal pain and urinary symptoms. Transvaginal sonohysterography was carried out with dynamic instillation of normal saline in the uterine cavity in fourteen infertile patients. Juvenile cystic adenomyoma is a rare form of adenomyosis and described as a new type of mullerian anomaly in literature. We are presenting two cases of juvenile cystic adenomyoma which were misdiagnosed preoperatively as unicornuate uterus with haematometra in a non-communicating rudimentary horn. OBJECTIVE: To characterize the anatomical features and clinical settings of Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome and correlate them with patterns of uterine involvement.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the feasibility and safety of office hysteroscopic metroplasty using a 980nm diode laser.
STUDY DESIGN: 18 patients were treated for septate uterus between 2013 and 2016. The indications for hysteroscopic metroplasty were recurrent abortion in 11 of the women and primary infertility in the other seven. We used a 5mm-office hysteroscope with a diode laser fibre. After exploration of the cavity, the septum was divided with use of the laser fibre.
