Gall bladder ascariasis is a rare entity accounting for only 2.1% of biliary ascariasis features due to anatomical features of the cystic duct. It usually presents with vague abdominal features. Ultrasonography is the most sensitive and useful investigation for its diagnosis. We present a case of gall bladder ascariasis in an antenatal young female patient showing features of cholecystitis. She was diagnosed by ultrasonography and managed by laparoscopic cholecystectomy followed by oral anti-helminthic drugs. She made an uneventful recovery and is doing great in follow-up visits.

BACKGROUND: Augmentation cystoplasty, first described by Mikulicz in 1899 involves segments of bowel, stomach or mega-ureter to increase bladder capacity in those with inadequate bladder function or lack of detrusor compliance. INTRODUCTION AND HYPOTHESIS: Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) are common in the general female population. It was hypothesised that Australian female military personnel and veterans would experience similar types and prevalence of LUTS as the broader Australian female population.
METHODS: An online cross-sectional survey was utilised to explore the pelvic health of active servicewomen and veterans in the Australian Defence Force (ADF). For the purposes of this report, only the demographic and LUTS data (excluding urinary tract infections) were extracted and descriptively analysed.

AIM: The objective of this study was to compare neonatal and maternal outcomes among women with two previous cesarean deliveries who undergo trial of labor after two cesarean section (TOLA2C) versus elective repeat cesarean delivery (ERCD).
