Tumor-to-tumor metastasis is a rare phenomenon defined as a metastasis in a histologically distinct tumor. We report an unusual case of a 51-yr-old woman who presented with a cervical, bleeding lesion diagnosed as a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, HPV18+. Imaging studies revealed an unresectable cervical carcinoma with an associated left ovarian multicystic teratoma. A suspicious solid nodule within the teratoma was also reported. Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is an aggressive mesenchymal tumor most commonly diagnosed in the pediatric population, and when occurring in adults, tends to develop in the deep soft tissue of the limbs. Primary uterine RMS comprises an even more restricted subset, with little known or reported when compared to most other gynecologic sarcomas. BACKGROUND: Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the cervix is a rare and aggressive malignancy that usually affects children and young adults.
CASE: We describe a 2-year-old patient who presented with a mass protruding through the vaginal introitus. Preoperative investigations including vaginoscopy, hysteroscopy, magnetic resonance imaging, and biopsies confirmed embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, botryoid subtype, arising from the cervix. She was successfully treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and interval laparoscopic radical trachelectomy to achieve remission.

OBJECTIVE: Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a rare tumor in girls. We intend to analyze the clinical feature, therapeutic effect, and prognosis of pediatric and adolescent RMS of the female genitourinary tract.
METHODS: Pediatric or adolescent patients with female genital tract RMS in 1 tertiary hospital from 1995 to 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. The medical records were collected, including general information, tumor primary site, stage, histology, treatments, adverse effects, and survival outcomes.

The presence of trophoblastic differentiation or nongestational choriocarcinoma in a carcinoma is rare but has been described in various organs, including in the female genital tract. We report a cervical clear cell carcinoma admixed with a component of choriocarcinoma in a 52-year-old woman, only the second report of this combination in the literature. BACKGROUND: The aim of the study is to investigate the clinical features, treatments, and prognosis of stage 1 embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the female genital tract.
METHODS: A retrospective analysis was performed on nine cases of stage 1 embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the female genital tract. Clinical characteristics, treatments, recurrence, and prognosis were analyzed.
