Lecanemab is an anti-amyloid-β protofibril antibody that slows cognitive decline in early Alzheimer's disease. Although amyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIA) occur predominantly early in treatment, reports of hemorrhagic events during extended treatment beyond 18 months remain limited.
