Extramammary Paget disease (EMPD) is a rare cutaneous malignant tumor. Currently, surgery is the most recommended treatment for EMPD. Here, we present a case of EMPD involving the groin, penis, and scrotum. The patient underwent two lesion resections. A thick split-thickness skin graft was utilized for scrotal reconstruction. After a 37-month follow-up period, no tumor recurrence was detected, and the outcome was deemed satisfactory.

INTRODUCTION: Foreign body insertion associated with sexual gratification is known as polyembolokoilomania. Following removal of the foreign body, long-term complications are infrequently seen. Whilst conservative and endoscopic approaches usually suffice, in extreme cases open surgical approaches are required. A skin substitute developed in Australia 2 decades ago for use in acute burns was recently introduced into the United States for the treatment of open wounds. This product has been shown to be very efficacious for coverage of debrided burn wounds. We report the clinical case of a 9-year-old boy admitted for open trauma to the penis which occurred 3 hours before his admission by domestic accident. The child pounding vegetables, was awkwardly struck on the penis with a pestle. After conditioning, exploration in the operating room found partial amputation of the glans with complete rupture of the urethra. Washing with trimming and urethral anastomosis on a urinary catheter were performed. Healing was obtained without urethral stenosis. Injuries to the penis in children are not common and their management can be tricky.

The introduction of foreign bodies in the urethra are uncommon. Given its rarity, the approach to this condition is not standardized but it is highlighted that minimally invasive procedures should be prioritized depending on its feasibility. In the present study, we report a case of a 60-year-old male patient with bipolar disorder and a foreign body impacted in the bulbar urethra with open surgical resolution after a failed endoscopic treatment. We perform an analysis into the diagnostic and therapeutic methods used, with postoperative results.
