Testicular luxation is a rare consequence of scrotal trauma, with limited documentation in the literature. We present the case of a 54-year-old patient who presented with a straddle injury following a fall from a horse, resulting in laceration of the left scrotum and complete luxation of the testicle and spermatic cord. Epididymo-cutaneous fistula was seen in a person with cervical spinal cord injury and neuropathic bladder. This patient developed left epididymitis; then he formed an abscess superficial to the tail of the epididymis, which burst open to the skin discharging pus; subsequently, this progressed to epididymo-cutaneous fistula. CASE: A 19 year-old male patient presented with testicular dislocation after abdominopelvic trauma. During open reduction and internal fixation, consult to urology was placed after discovering the presence of the intra-abdominal testicle. The testicle was repositioned into the scrotum with orchiopexy, and pelvic fixation was completed with 1 sacroiliac percutaneous screw and pubic symphysis fixation. INTRODUCTION: Traumatic testicular dislocation is a rare entity. It occurs after a direct blunt scrotal trauma causing the testicle to migrate outside the scrotum, most frequently to the superficial inguinal region.

Unilateral orchidectomy (UO) is required when further breeding potential is important. It is sometimes necessary to remove a single testis in a matured stallion for therapeutic reasons. We report a serial case study of 33 patients from May 1980 to November 1990 presenting a scrotal contusion. In 2/3 of cases, the physical examination showed a scrotal oedema or an hematocele. Ultrasonography showed a testicular injury while clinical examination was subnormal in 2 patients.
