PURPOSE: Adenoviral keratoconjunctivitis is the most common infectious disease in ophthalmology. Its clinical forms include epidemic keratoconjunctivitis (EKC) and pharyngoconjunctival fever (PCF). EKC can be complicated by multiple subepithelial infiltrates (MSI) of the cornea, which affect visual outcomes.
