The DYNC2H1 gene has been associated with short-rib polydactyly syndrome (SRPS), among other skeletal ciliopathies. Two cases are presented of distinctive phenotypes resulting from splicing variants in DYNC2H1. METHODS: A retrospective analysis of the 2000 to 2021 Part B National Summery datafiles using current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes 42145 (uvulopalatopharyngoplasty [UPPP]), 42950 (pharyngoplasty [PP]), and 42140 (uvulectomy [UVU]) was performed.
