We represent a case with development of osteitis pubis after suffering injuries in a man born 1940. The disease has developed during 10 years. The first symptoms have occurred only after 9 years. This review represent a supplement to better knowledge of etiopatogenesis of osteitis condensans pubis.

Bone sarcoidosis is very rarely indicative of the disease. When bone lesion is associated with lung and lymph node involvement, diagnosis can be made based on clinical and imaging features. When bone lesion is isolated, it is difficult to differentiate it from bone metastases because they both have similar appearance in imaging: in this case, the diagnosis is made by bone biopsy with histological study. We report the case of a 61-year-old male with a lytic lesion of the right ischio pubic ramus which appears to be aggressive whose biopsy revealed bone sarcoidosis.

Percutaneous osteoplasty (POP) has been proven to relieve pain due to osteolytic metastases by injecting bone cement to stabilize the pathological fracture. Nevertheless, there have been few reports about POP of metastases in the pubis. This article presents a case involving the use of POP to manage a metastasis in the pubis. After POP the patient experienced significant pain relief and improvement in the quality of life.

Congenital absence of bilateral pubic bones is extremely uncommon. A 2-year-old boy presented with a history of intoeing at our outpatient clinic. The testes were found located at the inguinal canal on ultrasonography. A pelvic radiograph and a spiral computed tomography scan of the pelvis with three-dimensional reconstruction revealed the absence of both pubic bones. In conclusion, we report that the absence of the pubic bones, either as an isolated finding or associated with undescended testes, is peculiar.

Tuberculosis (TB), being a global health problem, represents variedly. Its presentation as a labial swelling secondary to pubic bone TB has been reported rarely in literature. We report a case of pubic bone TB presenting as a labial swelling in a woman of reproductive age.
