Polycythaemia vera is a myeloproliferative syndrome with thromboembolic and haemorrhagic complications. We describe a patient with polycythaemia vera and acute coronary syndrome in whom two-vessel intracoronary stent thrombosis occurred a few hours after percutaneous coronary intervention.
