Ifosfamide, a cytotoxic antineoplastic drug, can induce rare complications of Fanconi syndrome and nephrogenic diabetes insipidus (DI). Ifosfamide-induced Fanconi syndrome tends to occur in patients with certain risk factors including young age, high cumulative ifosfamide dose, and coadministration of cisplatin.
