Here, we present three cases of women with interstitial pregnancy who were managed with local instillation of potassium chloride. These women were in their 20s-30s and presented in stable condition. Of them, two had a history of previous ectopic pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine if a monochorionic pair of fetuses in a higher-order multiple gestation can be reduced by injecting only one fetus with potassium chloride. Three quadruplet and two quintuplet gestations, each with a monochorionic pair of fetuses, were referred for pregnancy reduction.
