Central neurocytoma (CN) is described as a rare intra-ventricular benign neuronal tumor of the brain. Two primary tumors first diagnosed as malignant and extra-ventricular neurocytomas are reported here. A case of duodenal gangliocytic paraganglioma (DGP) arising in the ampulla of Vater of an 84 year old male is reported. We describe a case of duodenal gangliocytic paraganglioma showing lymph node metastasis.
