Equine infectious anemia (EIAV) is shown to have an associated RNA-instructed DNA polymerase similar in its cofactor requirements and reaction conditions to the RNA tumor virus DNA polymerases. The binding of AABP4'F and ABP4'F residues to rat liver and kidney DNA in vivo was studied at different periods of time after administration of N-[G-3H]hydroxy-AABP4'F at dose levels of 5 and 25 mg/kg body weight. Before its release, we evaluate the effect of 3H discharges from the port of Fukushima Daiichi and rivers in the Fukushima coastal region using a three-dimensional hydrodynamic model (3D-Sea-SPEC).
