Urethral disease in women and girls often is overlooked. As the urine may seem to be normal as determined by repeated urinalysis, the symptoms-urinary frequency and burning-may be attributed entirely to other pelvic disease or to functional disorder. A case of urethral lymphangioma is reported. The accurate diagnosis depends on pathological examination. The patient was a 49-year-old man with symptoms of gross hematuria, frequent urination, urgency and pain. Underwent cystoscopic tumor resection. The pathological diagnosis was urethral lymphangioma. Four months after the operation, the patient had no symptoms.

Primary villous adenoma originating from the urinary tract is an infrequent entity. We present a rare case of villous adenoma arising from a prostatic urethra with no sign of malignant transformation. Villous adenoma should be considered as one of the differential diagnoses of urethral lesions, especially if it has similar magnetic resonance imaging features as its colonic counterpart. Due to its potential for malignant transformation, its complete resection is mandatory.

Primary adenocarcinoma of the female urethra is a rare malignancy. Previous studies hypothesize multiple origins, including periurethral glands or intestinal metaplasia. We report a case of a 60-year-old white woman with adenocarcinoma of the urethra who initially presented with obstructive voiding complaints secondary to a urethral mass. A 26-year-old man was introduced to our hospital with a complaint of macrohematuria. Endoscopic examination showed a small tumor in the anterior urethra. Microscopic examination of a biopsy specimen taken under lumbar anesthesia showed amyloid deposition in the urethral submucosa. We present a case of a 43-year-old man treated for urethral stricture. Cystoscopy showed unusual tissue in the posterior urethra. Biopsies showed adenocarcinoma which was positive for cytokeratins 7 and 20 and negative for prostate specific antigen. Immunohistochemistry in this case was important for the diagnosis, primary urethral adenocarcinoma.

Urethral cancer is a rare but aggressive neoplasm. Early-stage distal lesions can be successfully treated with a single modality. Results for definitive radiotherapy using either or both external beam radiation therapy and brachytherapy have shown excellent cure rates in men and women. The case of a 69-year-old female patient come to our observation with the diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma on histology and cystoscopy is discussed. Symptoms were characterized by dysuria, vaginal spotting and abdominal pain. CT and NMR for staging and control CT during chemotherapy were performed. They documented marked reduction of the neoformation protruding into the bladder and concentric urethral thickening associated with volumetric stability of intercavoaortic lymph node involvement and stable condition of the other localizations.
