One case of seborrhoeic keratosis with extensive acantholysis and moderate dyskeratosis is reported. The histological features ressembled those of Darier and Hailey-Hailey diseases. Another seborrhoeic wart simultaneously removed had no microscopic abnormalities. The dermatoses in which focal acantholytic dyskeratosis has been observed are reviewed and similarities and possible relationships to epidermolytic hyperkeratosis are discussed.
