IgG4-related disease is a recently proposed clinical entity with several unique clinicopathological features. A 41-year-old Caucasian female was diagnosed with a CD3(+) CD4(+) CD8(+) variant of lymphoproliferative disorder of granular lymphocytes (LDGL) in the third year of remission following treatment of stage III-B Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). BACKGROUND: Models of immunodeficient mice reconstituted with a competent human immune system would represent an invaluable tool for the study of transplantation immunobiology allergy, autoimmunity, and infectious diseases.
