BACKGROUND: Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the urinary bladder is the most common non-urothelial variant histology. Currently, upfront radical cystectomy is the gold standard for non-metastatic SCC of the bladder. Urinary bladder calculi comprise 5% of all urinary tract calculi. Giant bladder calculi are defined as a stone more than 100g in weight. However, giant bladder calculus weighted more than 500g is rare in current practice. Giant bladder stone more than 100 g is a rare finding and commonly associated with urinary tract infection. 32-year-old male came with history of lower abdominal pain, dysuria for 2 years.
