In this report, we discuss a case of an 18 year-old woman with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding (OGIB) revealed to be originated from a Meckel's diverticulum. We report a rare case of diaphragm disease caused by NSAID. It has been finally confirmed by capsule endoscopy and the origin of chronic obscure gastrointestinal bleeding was found to be multiple ulcers and strictures in the small intestine. After operation, we diagnosed the patient with diaphragm disease rather than CMUSE.

A 17-year-old boy, with a background of haemophilia A, presented to hospital with an episode of brisk and painless per rectal (PR) bleeding. CASE HISTORY: A 66-year-old woman suffering from skin paleness and weakness presented an increasing hypochromic, microcytic anemia. Diagnostic: In an ambulant setting a capsule endoscopy of the small intestine was carried out because of multiple polyps of the colon (colonoscopy) in addition to non-invasive (Hämoccult-Test) and invasive (gastroscopy) diagnostic.
