Combination of immunosuppressive therapy (IST) and thrombopoietin receptor agonists has revolutionized the treatment of aplastic anemia. In this study, 18 patients with eltrombopag (EPAG)-refractory and intolerant AA, including 16 with severe AA, were switched from EPAG to romiplostim and continued with romiplostim for at least three months. To discover novel natural product-based fungicidal agrochemicals, 41 novel camphanic acid hydrazide and camphor sulfonamide derivatives were designed, synthesized, and tested for their antifungal profile against four plant pathogenic fungi and three oomycetes. Several extracts from marine brown alga Sargassum micracanthum (Kuetzing) Endlicher were screened for their inhibitory activity on lipid peroxidation.
