This retrospective study explored the relationship of serum neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and fibrinogen-to-albumin ratio (FAR) with disease activity and lupus nephritis (LN) in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and assessed the clinical value of the derived combination model.
