We report an extremely rare case of Synchronous primary intrapulmonary and mediastinal thymoma in a Chinese patient. We describe the histological and radiological findings, which support the possibility of multicentric thymoma. Resection of the mass in the left anterior superior mediastinum and upper lobectomy of right lung were performed, with lymph Nodes clearance, superior vena cava, left and right brachiocephalic veins resection, reconstruction of left brachiocephalic vein to right auricle and reconstruction of right brachiocephalic vein to superior vena cava.

We report a 79-year-old man who presented with multiple hyperkeratotic, erythematous nodules on his right leg with a histological diagnosis of pilar leiomyoma. OBJECTIVE: To characterize the association of pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB) with cystic nephroma (CN) and other renal tumors.
STUDY DESIGN: Complete clinicopathologic review of cases from the International PPB Registry and literature.
RESULTS: We identified 18 patients with PPB associated with 20 renal tumors (15 CN), either in themselves or family members. All patients with PPB were <5 years of age. We present a 1-year-old boy with histologically proven multifocal rhabdoid tumour of the brain with meningeal and spinal metastasis. Although very rare and without specific radiological features, the possibility of rhabdoid tumour should be kept in mind when imaging paediatric intracranial and spinal neoplasms.

Thymoma is known to be associated with many lymphoreticular and nonlymphoreticular tumors. A woman who presented with patch stage mycosis fungoides with skin lesions resembling a pigmented purpura was found to have an anterior mediastinal mass on routine staging evaluation. A core needle biopsy of the mass revealed a lymphocyte predominant malignant thymoma. Review of the literature reveals many diseases with dermatologic manifestations associated with thymoma; however, malignant thymoma coexisting with mycosis fungoides has not previously been reported.

The unusual occurrence of an "inside-out" appendix reported here is a case of complete intussusception of the appendix of a 45-year-old woman with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome in whom the diagnosis of intussusception was made preoperatively. At laparotomy, the lead point of intussusceptum was revealed to be a Peutz-Jeghers syndrome polyp of the appendix. A child had condylomata acuminata localized to the oral cavity. Main points of interest were this exclusive localization, the extremely high number of papillary lesions, not reported in the literature until now, and the excellent response to interferon and local applications of podophyllin. Histologic, ultrastructural, and in situ molecular hybridization techniques were performed to make a correct diagnosis. Transmission of the etiologic agent and therapeutic approaches are discussed.

A 67-year-old man was found to have a metastatic tumor of left adrenal gland originating from the left renal pelvic and ureteral cancer. Histopathological findings of the renal pelvic and ureteral cancer indicated transitional cell carcinoma, which was the diagnosis for the adrenal tumor. Diagnosis of cancer of the renal pelvis and ureter with metastasis to the adrenal gland before operation is very rare. A review of the literature on the metastasis from cancer of renal pelvis and ureter was made.

A patient had bilateral posterior uveitis of two weeks' duration and rapid neurologic deterioration.
