We report an undifferentiated sweat gland carcinoma of the vulva in an 80-year-old woman. The tumor, which was located in the right labium majus, resembled an epithelioid sarcoma histologically; it had a granulomatous appearance with multiple tumor nodules containing epithelioid tumor cells. There are several modalities to treat axillary hyperhydrosis. None of these eliminates the sweat-associated odor (Osmidrosis), which is sometimes present even despite local hygiene and use of deodorants. A technique to dissolve the axillary apocrine glands under endoscopic guidance has been described to be highly efficient, without compensatory hyperhydrosis. A 60-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of heat intolerance induced by generalized anhidrosis. There were no abnormal findings on physical and neurological examinations except for anhidrosis. Reflex sweating to pilocarpine and acetylcholine was absent.
