RATIONALE: Mesenteric fibromatosis (MF) is a rare tumor whose biological behavior is intermediate between benign fibrous neoplasms and fibrosarcomas, and the characteristic of these tumors are local aggressive lesions which is prone to local recurrence but non-metastasizing.
