Traumatic venous pseudoaneurysm is extremely rare. Only two cases of great saphenous venous (GSV) pseudoaneurysm have been reported. We present a case report of intractable multifactorial leg ulcer that was treated successfully with multiple approaches including hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBOT) to prepare for skin grafting. Muscle hernias of the lower leg involving the tibialis anterior, peroneus brevis, and lateral head of the gastrocnemius were found in three different patients.
