Thumb is very important for hand function. Many options are available to reconstruct injured thumb from simple dressing (pulp injury without bone exposure) to replantation and toe transfer (significant loss of thumb length). In chronic setting, where other fingers are intact, on-top plasty can be used to reconstruct injured thumb. In this study, a case of a boy who lost his thumb in a road accident is presented. Median cleft of lower lip and mandible is a rare congenital craniofacial malformation and has been described as isolated clinical reports. Fewer than 100 cases have been reported in the world literature so far, and the first case was reported by French scholar Monroe in 1819. The authors report a patient with median complete cleft of the lower lip and mandible which we made a special repair surgery for him, surgical effect satisfied with the restoration of appearance and function ideal. Therefore, the appropriate period and method of surgical management are very important.

The bronchoplastic procedure is feasible for lung cancer. However, in modern thoracic surgery, the numbers of the procedure are decreasing. To avoid pneumonectomy, thoracic surgeons should be familiar with sleeve resection and vascular reconstruction for thoracic malignancy. Extended sleeve resection is the resection of more than one lobe with the bronchoplastic procedure, which was reported in 1999. Extended sleeve resection is technically demanding, but the procedure should be one of the options to preserve lung function.

Asymmetric hypertrophy of the labia minora is a variant of normal anatomy that has not been described in the pediatric dermatology literature. Although often asymptomatic, in some cases, it can cause functional, emotional, and psychological problems. We report the clinical characteristics and outcomes of four children who presented with unilateral labium minus hypertrophy. This case series aims to establish awareness of this condition among pediatric dermatologists and provide recommendations regarding management.

To reconstruct the orbital floor defects there are a lot of reconstruction materials, the surgeon must choose one of them. The authors share their experience with 10 patients suffering from orbital trauma causing orbital floor fracture; those fractures were reconstructed using titanium mesh. No complications were encountered postoperatively apart from 1 patient with ectropion. Titanium mesh is a perfect material for the reconstruction of the orbital fractures, eliminating the need for autogenous bone graft.

The facial-cervical scars bring the suffering to the patients both physically and mentally. Choosing a proper donor soft tissue is always one of the critical issues, especially to Asian patients.
