DESIGN: From July 2016 to June 2018, 36 women with symptomatic early pregnancy around 4-8 weeks of gestation were recruited into the study. Among them, there were 16 women with viable intrauterine pregnancy (VIP), 9 women with spontaneous abortion (SA), and 11 women of EP. BACKGROUND: Tumor genetic alterations are determined to aid in selecting therapy and predicting prognosis. In routine clinical practice, targeted sequencing analysis is performed using formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissues. OBJECTIVE: Integration of nutritional, microbial and inflammatory events along the gut-brain axis can alter bowel physiology and organism behaviour. Colonic sensory neurons activate reflex pathways and give rise to conscious sensation, but the diversity and division of function within these neurons is poorly understood.
