We set to identify prognostic factors in a retrospective cohort of consecutive patients with stage I-II diffuse large B-cell lymphoma treated with rituximab-chemotherapy with or without radiotherapy from 2001 through 2017 at our institution. PURPOSE: There are unmet needs associated with the current treatment strategies for relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) due to the poor treatment outcomes of these strategies. Roflumilast, a selective phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitor used for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, is effective against B-cell malignancy via phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)-activity suppression. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. PURPOSE: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of radiation therapy for stage IVA uterine cervical cancer and to identify an optimal radiation regimen.
RESULTS: Seventeen of the 28 patients developed recurrence after radiation therapy (local recurrence in 10 and distant metastasis in 12).
