We report a case of two babies with absence of pericardium and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). The absence of pericardium was found coincidentally during PDA ligation. The PDA was successfully ligated but the pericardium was not reconstructed. Postoperatively, the agenesis of the pericardium did not interfere with cardiac function.

Cleft lip nasal deformity reconstruction is one of the difficult points of cleft palate sequence treatment. Treatment principle and method of cleft nasal deformity is mainly from the western scholars' point of view and technology. In this paper, according to the differences of typical form of east and west, we proposed the reconstructive theory and method corresponding to the Chinese. OBJECTIVE: Congenital tracheal stenosis (CTS) is challenging. Its natural history and epidemiology are poorly described. Information is scarce on cases not undergoing surgery.
