Leiomyoma is a benign smooth muscle tumor that occurs most frequently in the uterine myometrium, gastrointestinal tract, skin, and lower extremities. Leiomyoma rarely affects the oral cavity. Angioleiomyoma (vascular leiomyoma) is a histological subtype of the leiomyoma. The diagnosis is commonly determined by histopathological studies. This case report shows a 57-year-old male patient with a lesion of the lower lip. After laser excision, hematoxylin and eosin and smooth muscle actin staining confirmed the diagnosis of angioleiomyoma.

Lipoma is a benign tumor of fat tissue, found frequently in subcutaneous tissues. However, oral manifestations are relatively rare. The present patient illustrates the successful treatment of a lipoma treated by complete excision of the lesion. A female patient, 75 years old, presenting lesion in the right oral vestibule where excisional biopsy was performed. The professional must diagnose this type of injury as soon as possible and treat it so that it does not take large proportions, which can result in esthetic and functional sequelae to the patient.

Myoepithelioma is a rare form of salivary gland tumor composed entirely of myoepithelial cells. This tumor was formerly considered to be a subtype of pleomorphic adenoma; however, in the 1991 World Health Organization classification, it is listed as an independent entity. A 75-year-old man presented with a slowly enlarging crust on the left lower lip. Beneath the crust, there was a palpable nodule approximately 1 cm. A superficial punch biopsy demonstrated an actinic keratosis of the lip. A vermillonectomy with a wedge-shaped excision of the nodule was performed because invasive squamous cell carcinoma was suspected. Using a cross lip vermilion flap for upper red lip reconstruction in cases other than whistle deformity in patients with cleft lip can lead to donor site morbidity. If the practitioner performs primary closure of the mucosa in lower vermilion after flap harvesting, the width and height of lower lip are reduced, which results in an increased lower incisor tooth show. Using free fat grafting is an effective method for reducing donor site morbidity in the lower lip following cross lip vermilion flap harvest.
