BACKGROUND: Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) necessitate cost-effective biomarkers for efficient management. This study aimed to explore the potential correlations of neutrophil-to-- lymphocyte ratio (NLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) with IBD disease activity.
