We report three infants with the diagnosis of molybdenum cofactor deficiency. The key findings leading to diagnosis were neonatal seizures unresponsive to treatment, craniofacial dysmorphic features, hyperexcitability, low blood uric acid levels, and neuroimaging findings. Here, we report the first measurements of the molybdenum (Mo) isotopic composition of aerosols collected on Teflon air filters. Mo concentrations and isotopic compositions were measured at selected locations in the city of Calgary, Canada, including a residence, the isotope laboratory at the University of Calgary, the University of Calgary weather station, and the City of Calgary Transit bus garage.
