Infectious pseudochromhidrosis is a rare dermatological disorder, characterized by a change in colour of the sweat from normal skin, caused by pigments from microorganisms. Such pigments are a result of evolutionary competition among microorganisms, which appears to be a decisive factor in their survival, patho-genicity, and virulence. We report a patient with a large apocrine hidrocystoma. These tumors are almost always under 10 mm in diameter. In this 40-year-old man the tumor measured 20 mm. Apocrine hidrocystoma must be considered when evaluating a patient with a large cystic lesion of the face. Surgical management is similar to that of other benign cystic lesions of this region.

BACKGROUND/AIMS: Herein, we report a case of microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC), which we correlated and evaluated by optical coherence tomography (OCT) and conventional H&E histology.
METHODS: A commercially available OCT scanner was used for imaging. Several multi-slice images were obtained from the central portion of the lesion. Correlation of OCT findings with histology was performed retrospectively.
RESULTS: Microcystic adnexal carcinoma showed characteristic criteria, which were divided into superficial and sub-epidermal findings.

We recorded skin sympathetic nerve activity (SSNA) microneurographically from the right tibial nerve of a patient with acquired idiopathic generalized anhidrosis (AIGA).
