OBJECTIVE: Our purpose was to discuss the supports required at school entry for children with extreme prematurity.
METHODS: We commented on the kindergarten classroom functioning and the importance of providing structure and supports to ensure school-entry learning success.
RESULTS: Kindergarten readiness is a multidimensional construct that integrates physical, developmental, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive skills necessary for learning in groups. Key components that predict classroom functioning include attention and executive function skills.

Fibrosarcoma is rare in the pediatric age group. It generally involves the extremities and the trunk but rarely involves the genital area. We report a case of a large fungating infantile fibrosarcoma of the penis in a 2-year-old Malay boy. Partial recovery of the penile structure was achieved after chemotherapy. The difficulty in managing the social and surgical aspect of this case is discussed in our report. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case report of infantile fibrosarcoma involving the penis in an Asian region.

It has been discovered that in persons aged 18-20 years, the establishment of psychopathy is not always completed. Later many of them get steadily compensated and do not seek treatment. In view of this circumstance it is suggested that for this particular age dynamic diagnosis of psychopathies may be employed. Point prevalence rates and demographic characteristics associated with four specific forms of social phobia (public speaking/performing, writing in front of others, eating in restaurants, and use of public restrooms) were examined in a sample of adult residents of the greater St. Louis area.
